In Japan, the following acts are prohibited by law:

- Selling your mobile phone, bank card, bank book, or bank account to someone else.
- Subscribing to a mobile phone service or opening a bank account for someone else
- Withdrawing money with someone else's bank card.
- Ordering a product or service online or elsewhere with someone else's credit card.
- Receiving a home-delivered package pretending to be someone else
If you take a job like these, even without knowing it is illegal, you may face a criminal charge. Say “No” to such an offer however attractive it may look.
