If your lost item has been found but you’ve already left Japan（届いていると連絡があったが帰国している方）

After proper verification, items can be shipped to an address in Japan. You will have to incur the shipping costs. To request shipment of your lost property, please send by mail copies of the following documents to the Lost and Found Center or police station which keeps your item.

• Property Shipping Request
• Photocopy of a valid ID of the recipient
• Photocopy of your valid ID
• Lost Property Report if you have not filed one to the police
• Letter of Authorization (needed only if someone else is to receive the item)
• Notification letter if you have received one
