Where was the scarf manufactured? Where was it sold?(マフラーはどこで製造、販売されたのか？)

The manufacturer and sales outlets for the scarf have not been identified, but the investigation conducted reveals that it might have been a prize from a claw machine in an arcade.
In May 2018, when we asked for information about the scarf,

• someone mentioned that he had gotten the same scarf as a prize from a clothing store, where they sold junior high-school uniforms, before the murder.
• someone else mentioned that he had gotten it as a prize at a gas station before the murder.

The scarf is of cheap quality. It is therefore possible that it was a prize of some kind.
We are now paying close attention to this information and are conducting the investigation so as to trace the distribution channels of the scarf.
We are therefore seeking additional information about the scarf.
