外国で取得した国際運転免許証で日本国内を運転することは出来ますか？
Can I drive in Japan with an international driving permit which I obtained overseas?
Only international driving permits issued by a signatory to the 1949 Geneva Convention in conformity with the Convention’s provisions are recognized as valid for driving in Japan. An international driving permit on the other conventions or treaties, including the 1969 Vienna Convention, is invalid even if it is issued by a signatory to the 1949 Geneva Convention.
