現在、17歳ですが、免許区分欄の「B」に表示がある有効な国際運転免許証を持っています。日本国内でも普通自動車を運転することは出来ますか？
I’m a 17 year old holder of a valid international driving permit with a stamp/check for the Category B. Can I drive a car?
No. A four-wheel-vehicle drive shall be 18 years old and over in Japan. In addition, the 1949 Geneva Convention sets the minimum age for such drivers at 18.
