In nightlife districts, you often find non-Japanese touts or women seducing men, who solicit passersby to enter a particular establishment. Some people use SNS or dating service websites to lure customers.
They may pull you to a bar they conspire with, and you may become a victim of rip-offs, which frequently occur. In many cases, the victim becomes dazed after drinking hard liquor, and he/she is charged exorbitant bar tabs or his/her credit card is used for large purchases.
